This functional fitness program is delivered to you weekly through a mobile app.
Receive personalized coaching and encouragement in our live, virtual, small group classes on zoom!
Or workout on your own time and location convenient to you using our step-by-step tutorial videos.
Record your scores and progress on our leaderboard.
Stay accountable and motivated with this thriving online community.

FITNESS

  • Fresh workouts delivered to you weekly via email and our mobile app.
  • Workouts are functional, time efficient (30min or less!) and effective
  • Step by step video tutorials of each movement
  • Virtual interactive small group fitness classes led by a live coach. You will receive personalized feedback, tips, form adjustments and encouragement by your coach.
  • Join the live online classes or do the workouts on your own time with our mobile platform.
  • Every workout and movement is scalable to YOUR fitness level.

MINDSET

As you show up, commit and train in your fitness, you mindset will become stronger. You will prove to yourself that you are more capable than you thought you were. Here are a few things you’ll learn as a result:

Our members not only have community through our private online members only group to chat, interact and discuss, but they also “see” each other face to face in our virtual live workouts.

Your first month includes four virtual personal training sessions to get you started.  You’ll learn the foundational movements, how to scale and progress for your fitness level, and drills to perfect your form.

First month $160 Personal Training Sessions to get you started safely & efficiently,
then drops to $75/month for the Group Class

Price drops to $75/month as you continue your THRIVE fitness program and engage with our online community.
