Click the ‘BECOME FITTER’ button. Select your time for your first personal training and coaching call.
THE 1st MEETING
A 30-minute personal training and goal-setting session. Your
coach will lead you through a 1-on-1 workout and conversation to
understand your goals.
At the end of your first personal training and goal-setting session, you and your coach will decide which plan is best for you going forward. Automatic enrollment will start as soon as you agree on a plan
Start your exercise plan and see changes in your mind within four sessions, your body within four weeks, and your performance within four months.
CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM
Each program is customized to you so you become the fittest you’ve ever been. You will have a personal online coach guiding you every step of the way.
FITNESS FOR WELLNESS
- Up to 4 workouts/week to get you fit
- Access to Zoom classes with a live coach to keep you motivated and moving safely.
- 24/7 access to your program through a mobile app with tutorial videos and scaling options tailored to your level
- Mindset Training so you get strong from the inside out
FITNESS FOR PERFORMANCE
- Daily metabolic conditioning workouts customized to you. 2-3 days/week strength training (Olympic or Power Lifts). Includes full Warm Up, Barbell Prep, Accessory Work and Cool Down.
- Up to 6 training sessions/week
