7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 35/15
7 lateral burpees
7 Push press 35/15
7 lateral burpees

Red Program AMRAP 9min

7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 50/35
7 lateral burpees
7 Push press 50/35
7 lateral burpees
