BLUE PROGRAM
4 Rounds for total reps (No equipment options)
Min 1 – Front squats 35/15# (squats)
Min 2 – High box jumps (Tuck jumps – high knees)
Min 3 – Dumbbell Snatch 35/15# (Deadbug)
RED PROGRAM
4 Rounds for total reps
Min 1 – Front squats 50/35#
Min 2 – High box jumps
Min 3 – DB Snatch 50/35#
